What to do if my smoke detector is beeping?Tenants can change the batteries in smoke detectors if they'd like. Otherwise please submit a work order for maintenance to complete.

What to do if my WIFI isn't working?Please contact Spectrum Support at 1-833-697-7328. (Internet issues are not considered an emergency)

What to do if I lock myself out of my unit?During business hours a member of our team will let you in. If it's after business hours the "Maintenance Emergency" line may be called. If that's unavailable, please call a locksmith (Pop-A-Lock).

Have questions about the lease?Reach out to our Property Manager.

Need an appliance repaired?Once our maintenance team determines the cause of the issue of an appliance, sometimes a third party repair company needs to be called. This can take some time due to their inventory of parts and replacements.

Have an issue you'd like addressed?Please contact our Property Manager and we will work to resolve the issue.

Can I hang things on the wall?You may hang pictures on the walls using small nails or screws. Please be aware that you will be charged for drywall repair at move out if needed. A dollar amount cannot be determined until our painter assesses the charges.

Can I have pets?Pets are allowed, but a pet addendum must be signed prior. Please reach out to your property manager to discuss monthly fees.
